Some Good Advices for Driving in Turkey

As a tourist in Turkey, in a rental car, you have to arm yourself with common sense and patience and be aware of the following:
-    Not all Turks drive after the Scandinavian norms. Here we think of duty to give way and to stop for a red light. So be vigilant and keep a distance.
-    Remember to use your lights 24 hours a day
-    Remember to use your seatbelt
-    Passing on the inside as well as the outside is normal
-    Changing the lane happens on a large scale, also when you are not expecting it

Driving in the Mountains
